I’m getting ready for the new class of upcoming seniors by learning new techniques and gathering new ideas to make this senior portrait season the best ever. I’ve been playing with lighting, Photoshop and gathering backdrops in an effort to create entirely new images for the Class of 2013.
I traveled to Tennessee this week to learn from the premiere senior portrait photographer in Woodbury, TN, Michelle Parsley. Michelle shared with me her lighting style, gave me some new Photoshop tricks to try and showed me how she shoots some of her more creative images. Naturally, I had to come home and play!
So, yesterday, between the severe storms, Jessica let me practice with my new fan, backdrop and lights in order to create some fun images. Here are my favorites from that quick session.
Cindy,
I’m impressed. I love your lighting style that you’ve cultivated, and your outdoor work is excellent.
These are stunning images of your beautiful daughter. I suppose you have to keep a shotgun by the door to keep the guys away. 😉
Keep it up!
Rick
