What makes a good business headshot? A professional business headshot should be current (taken within the last 2 years), show you in appropriate professional attire, have clean lighting, and capture an approachable yet confident expression. The background should be simple and non-distracting. Most importantly, it should look like you on your best day.
What should I wear for my headshot session? Wear what you’d wear to meet your most important client or to a significant meeting. Solid colors work best – avoid busy patterns, large logos, or distracting jewelry. I recommend long sleeves, if possible. Bring 2-3 outfit options if you are unsure. I recommend business professional or business casual, depending on your industry.
How long does a headshot session take? Individual headshot sessions typically take about 20-30 minutes. This includes time for outfit changes (if desired), multiple expressions and different angles. You will be able to choose your images immediately and files will be delivered within 24 hours time.
Are onsite sessions an option? Yes, for an additional $150 fee I will pack up everything needed and come to you to create your headshot or branding images. Once everything is set up, I can photograph 25 people per hour.
Will images be retouched? Yes. Professional retouching is included in all packages. I will remove blemishes, smooth skin naturally without altering your appearance – you will look like yourself, just polished and professional. Allowing you to put your best face forward.
Headshot Sessions: $125 in studio. (An additional $150 fee if I travel to your location.)
Branding Sessions start at $750 (An additional $150 fee is added if I travel to your location).
